   Welcome to SoMoor: Maui Tropical Jams, Jellies & “Moor.” We are proud to offer the very highest quality products, hand made from the best and freshest ingredients we can find to bring you true tastes of Hawai'i. SoMoor gives you a unique experience that can be found nowhere else. Complex flavors, incredible textures, the true essence of the fruit…handcrafted to bring you a pure taste of Maui in each and every jar. We never use artificial flavors, preservatives or colors. We use only Maui Natural sugar or turbinado sugar, and only enough to bring out the best of the fruit-many of our products have 2 tablespoons or less, as we believe preserves should taste like fruit, not sugar. Each batch is unique to that particular harvest of fruit, making each jar special and wonderful. All of our products are seasonal so we can maintain our high standards of taste and freshness.    WILD LILIKO'I BUTTER:
A creamy sweet and tart delight, this “butter” is based on the Scottish product known as ‘curd’, and made with fresh, locally gathered wild liliko'i (passion fruit). Every jar is crafted with painstaking care to bring you the finest taste Maui has to offer…tangy, haunting and luscious. This creamy “butter” can be used on your pancakes and waffles, muffins and scones, as a filling for layer cake or a topping for cheesecake. Dip your shortbread cookies right into the jar or use as a sauce for grilled salmon. Check out our recipe for Liliko'i Mousse! Also available in Sugarfree (sweetened with Splenda).

WILD LILIKO'I JELLY:
This is the one that started us on our tropical taste journey. Intensely flavored, we use only fresh liliko'i juice, Maui Premium sugar and natural fruit pectin for our jelly. And just so you know it’s homemade, you may even get a tiny bit of the edible passion fruit seed in your jar!

   MOM'S MANGO CHUTNEY:
This is Mom’s secret recipe, a Blue Ribbon winner here on Maui, passed on to us so we can bring you something so wonderful, you will definitely want "SoMoor"! Our chutney is chunky with slices of mango, sweet Hawai'ian onion, bits of orange peel, fresh ginger, crunchy almonds, Hawai'ian chili peppers, raisins and lots of spices. It has sass and enough character to stand up to any flavor you care to combine with it. A truly wonderful condiment, it’s great with pork and chicken, as a dipping sauce for smoky sausage, on cream cheese or warmed Brie, or even spooned over ice cream. And, of course, it is simply fabulous with your favorite curry dish and it's our secret ingredient in curried chicken salad.

SPICY PINEAPPLE PASSION:
What happens when you mix sweet Maui pineapple with tangy passion fruit juice and a touch of Hawai’ian chiles? You end up with Spicy Pineapple Passion, a wonderfully unique combination that will make your taste buds dance the hula. Use it on roasted chicken or duck, as a glaze for ham, over cream cheese and crackers, on your breakfast toast, on or with anything that needs some sweet with a hint of heat. A bonus: there's only 2 tablespoons of sugar in each jar! You can order it in Spicy (medium heat) or Hot.

PINEAPPLE PASSION PRESERVES:
It's our wonderful Maui sweet pineapple and fresh liliko'i juice without the heat. Use it as a glaze on baked chicken, over ice cream, stirred into yogurt or oatmeal, or on your morning English muffin. Try it on cottage cheese when you want a unique twist to the fruit and cheese favorite. A true taste of the tropics. A bonus: there's only 2 tablespoons of sugar in each jar!

  COCONUT PINEAPPLE JAM:
You don't get more tropical than our newest jam, Coconut Pineapple Jam. Thick with slightly chunky pineapple and lots of flaky coconut, it will take you back to Maui with every bite. A bonus: there's only 2 tablespoons of sugar in each jar! Use it as a jam or as a condiment, stir into yogurt or spoon over cottage cheese...where does your imagination take you?

  GUAVA-Q BARBEQUE SAUCE:
We like to say this is where the South meets Maui, ya'll. Made with pink guava, herbs, spices, balsamic vinegar and a lot of love, this sweet, smoky, and a little spicy Q will put Maui on the grill or in your oven any time of the year.

  KUMQUAT MARMALADE:

This is a very unique and wonderful marmalade. Thick and chunky, it is excellent on toast, English muffins or as the unifying part of the PERFECT PB&J sandwich. It is also delicious with duck. Tempt your tastebuds while the kumquats last! (Seasonal) Available now!

 TANGERINE MARMALADE:
We believe the best tangerines in the world grow on Maui. And we use the best when we make our marmalade...only tangerines and Maui sugar. It's great as a regular marmalade but it goes the extra mile when used with chicken or pork. But like the kumquats, tangerine season doesn't last forever so get it now before it's gone.  WAHINE RIBRUB:
Inspired by a recipe from our son, Spence, we brought it to Maui and tried it on ribs, chicken and pork. As we say here, "It broke da mout'." Pack it on ribs for oven-roasted sweetness and heat. Use it on the grill. It comes in 2 heat levels...Sweet Wahine & Spicy Wahine and is packed in a 7 oz. tube (enough to generously pack 2 racks or cover 3 racks)
